These were manufactured by National Semiconductor providing an excellent source of PNP transistors. The advanced junction isolation process delivers high speed performance with no need for further expensive dielectric isolation.
These small monolithic IC's offer fantastic performance similar to the LH0002's with the additional current & thermal limiting shutdown properties.
They primarily are offered as high speed unity gain buffers with a slew @ 800V /µs and exhibit a very small bandwith of 50 Mhz whilst driving a load of 50 Ohms. They can drive up to +/- 300 mA peak and they dont oscillate when driving large capacitive loads.
